Please remember that walk in time with an advisor must be limited to 15 minutes. For longer time please schedule an appointment.

Tuition Due Date
Tuition is due by the first day of the quarter (3/29). Please pay your tuition early, to avoid long lines at Cashier’s office on the first day; as well as late payment fees. Students that have any amount of tuition owing after the first day of the quarter will receive a $95 late fee. You may also pay online until 11:59pm on 3/29/2010.
Graduating Soon?

It's time to apply for your degree! In fact it’s a little late. Come to the IP office to pick up your degree application right away! You will also need to print a copy of your "Degree Audit" and submit that with your application at the cashier's office. The cost is just $10. If you apply for your degree, in May you will receive more information about participating in the (optional) June graduation ceremony.
Schedule your NSA

If this is your first academic quarter, you must schedule your New Student Appointment, "NSA", with your assigned advisor at the IP office. Your advisor will help you plan your education at GRCC and answer any questions you have. If you fail to complete your appointment by the 8th week of the quarter, you registration account will be blocked. Yikes!

The ORCA Card
Travel by bus? Everyday? Weekends only? Ever take the Sounder train? The ORCA card is a great way to pay for various buses around the greater Puget Sound area, Sounder train fare and even ferries. If you choose the E-purse option, you can pre-load a dollar value to use whenever you wish. No more looking for exact change or buying ticket packets! You can store value from $5 to $300 on your ORCA card and then register your card online. If your registered card is lost or stolen, report it immediately to an ORCA Customer Service Office, online or by phone, and they will assist you with replacing your ORCA card and restoring the lost value, subject to the ORCA Terms of Use. You will be charged a replacement fee of $5 for the new card. Safer than carrying cash!
You may find self-serve vending machines at all Sound Transit Link light rail and Sounder
commuter rail stations. Kent and Auburn Sounder train stations have vending machines where you can use your debit or credit card and you can purchase, load and receive your card in one stop. Remember to register your card when you get home.
For more information, visit https://www.orcacard.com/ERG-Seattle/p1_001.do.
You may also purchase a card for $5 online. You can load your card at purchase, register the card and it will be mailed to you. Remember, an unregistered card is just like cash and is not protected for loss.
