Tuition Due Date

Tuition is due by the first day of the quarter (6/20/11). Students that have any amount of tuition owing at the close of the business on the first day of the quarter will receive a $95 late fee.

I-20 Signatures

Students should come in to have their I-20 signed for travel as early as one month before they leave the USA and as late as 2 weeks before they leave. Coming in less than 2 weeks before you leave the USA is not advised. From time to time students need to change their major or some other aspect of their I-20 and coming in at the last minute doesn’t allow enough time. If you are planning to travel outside the USA or go back home, please keep this in mind.

Schedule your NSA

If this is your first academic quarter, you must schedule a New Student Appointment with your assigned advisor at the IP office. Your advisor will help you plan your education at GRCC and answer any questions you have. All new students are required to meet with their advisor during their first quarter to make an academic plan. Make your appointment right away!

Are you from Hong Kong?
The new advisor for students from Hong Kong is now John Tankersley. New students from Hong Kong must meet with John to put together an academic plan. John has many years of experience in helping students reach their goals.

Address Change?

Update your address within 10 days of any move! Updating your address is quick and easy. Link here to get the form to update your address. Then take the completed form to Enrollment Services, located upstairs in LSC. You may also update your address at the front desk in the IP Office.

12 Credit Rule and Online Classes VERY IMPORTANT!!!
You must take a minimum of 12 credits if you are not registered on a vacation quarter this summer. At least 9 credits must be in the classroom, not online. If you are not registered for at least 9 credits in the classroom, or want to take all online classes you must be registered for a vacation quarter. Please speak with your advisor if you need help registering for summer classes.

Vacationing this Summer in the US?

If you are eligible and taking a vacation quarter during the summer, you will still need to pay for your insurance coverage. Please write a check to The Lewer Agency, and include your name and your SID on the memo line. You may drop it off with the front desk at IP office. If you have not registered with an advisor for vacation quarter you must do that immediately to protect your legal status.

Preparing to take SAT?

If you are a student who has been told you need to provide passing SAT or ACT test scores, please consider taking this SAT Prep class spring quarter. The SAT Prep class needs to be registered for through Continuing Education not through the regular online registration system. Please use this link to register for the SAT Prep class through Continuing Education:
